WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are a consignment online store and a brick and mortar store from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

You can come by our store at 262 Beaubien Est in Montreal from Tuesday to Sunday. Every item you see on our website is at the boutique.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS? 

  • Tuesday to Friday  : 11am – 7pm.
  • Saturday - Sunday : 11am – 5pm.
  • Monday : Closed.

  

WHAT PAYMENT MODES DO YOU ACCEPT IN STORE?

Debit, Visa and Mastercard and cash.

 

WHERE DO THE DESIGNER ITEMS COME FROM?

We mostly do consignment (on second hand designer items). And we also have samples from local designers and high end boutiques. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell

 

DO YOU BUY ITEMS?

Yes, sometimes, we do buy items when there a more than 5 pieces. Please send us an email at consigne@deuxiemeedition.com with your inquiry.

 

HOW CAN I CONSIGN WITH YOU?

You need to send us pictures of your designer items at consigne@deuxiemeedition.com. Click here for all the details. 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT DROP-IN IN STORE?

No. You need to send us pictures by email, so we can make an appointment once we selected your items.

  

DO YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?


Province of Québec : 10 CAN $.

Everywhere in Canada (except Québec) : 30 CAN $.

Everywhere in Canada (including Québec) : the shipping is free for every order above 200 CAN $.

 

NEW! Everywhere in France : 55 $ CAN (36 EUROS).

Everywhere in the USA : 40 $ CAN (30 US$)

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP ?

We officially ship to Canada, USA and France only for now. But write us an email at questions@deuxiemeedition.com if you’re from another country and we’ll see if we can make it work.

  

I DON'T WANT TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEES. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN YOUR BRICK AND MORTAR STORE? 

Yes, of course! When in checkout, please select the option Pick Up in Store.

Please note that we do not send confirmation to tell you the order is ready. As soon as it is ordered, you can come pick it up when you want in the boutique hours. 

 

You have 7 days after the purchase to come get the item and be refunded if needed.

 

If the item is picked up 8 days or more after the purchase, we don't give a refund or credit.


WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES ?

We normally ship within 3 to 4 opening days. During Holidays, it’s possible the delay will be longer.

Our offices being closed on Mondays, we ship the weekend orders on Tuesdays.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLITIC? 

ONLINE PURCHASES

 

NEW

We accept returns on items worth more than 40$. Every item between 1 and 39$ is to be considered as a final sale. 

The item must be returned in the 7 days following the reception. 

The items must be pristine when returned and the tag still attached.

We refund 100% of the item but not the original shipping fees.

 

IN STORE PURCHASES

Every purchase made in the store is a final sale. No return or credit.
