1. I DON'T WANT TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEES. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN YOUR BRICK AND MORTAR STORE? 

Yes, of course! When in checkout, please select the option Pick Up in Store.

Please note that we do not send confirmation to tell you the order is ready. As soon as it is ordered, you can come pick it up when you want in the boutique hours. 

You have 7 days after the purchase to come get the item and be refunded if needed.

If the item is picked up 8 days or more after the purchase, we don't give a refund or credit. 

 

OPENING HOURS

Tuesday to Friday: 11am - 7pm.

Saturday and Friday : 11am - 5pm. 

Monday : Closed.

2. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY  ?

Nous faisons tout en notre possible pour que les commandes soient traitées en 3 à 4 jours ouvrables. En période de pointe ou de vacances, il peut arriver que le temps soit un peu plus long de quelques jours.

Comme nous sommes fermés le lundi, les commandes passées pendant la fin de semaine seront envoyées le mardi.

Everywhere in Canada (except Québec) : 30 CAN $.

Everywhere in Canada (including Québec) : the shipping is free for every order above 200 CAN $.

3. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLITIC?

We accept returns on items worth more than 40$. Every item between 1 and 39$ is to be considered as a final sale. 

The item must be returned in the 7 days following the reception. 

The items must be pristine when returned and the tag still attached.

We refund 100% of the item but not the original shipping fees.

 

BRICK AND MORTAR

Every purchase made in the store is a final sale. No return or credit.
